LiftOne in Georgia is seeking a Parts Specialist to triage parts requests across our technician and customer base. You will generate revenue from parts sales and provide support throughout the order lifecycle.

Key duties include monitoring the parts ticket queue, handling inside sales, processing orders, coordinating with technicians and procurement to ensure timely replenishment, and helping customers find the right parts.

Qualificações

• Requires strong customer-first attitude.
• Experience with inventory and replenishment processes preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is expected.
