Four Star Freightliner, Inc. in Montgomery, AL is seeking a talented Parts & Service Account Rep to bridge customers with our Parts and Service Departments and drive sales. You will demonstrate parts value, explain warranties, and help customers select the right solutions in person and by email.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and presented product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business at a busy dealership.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in Parts & Service is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage customers.
• Skilled in negotiation and customer service.
• Self-motivated with persistence and problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
• Good product knowledge and time management.
• Familiarity with Excelator or similar product software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the customer and the Parts and Service Departments.
• Explain value-added features, benefits, and warranties to customers and inform them of companion part requirements.
• Provide training to customers for Excelerator and Service Tracker as needed.
• Coordinate with Parts & Service managers to provide quotes via email, phone and in person.
• Process payments and obtain credit authorization as necessary.
• Maintain and manage customer accounts.
• Prospect for new customers and build relationships to meet needs.
