Job summary

Four Star Freightliner, Inc. in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Parts & Service Account Rep to connect customers with parts and services.

You will train customers on Excelerator and Service Tracker, quote and process orders, and build lasting relationships to drive sales. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Montgomery dealership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the customer and the Parts and Service Departments.
• Assist / demonstrate to customers how to purchase parts by explaining the value-added features, benefits, and warranty of merchandise.
• Provide training to customers for Excelerator and Service Tracker, as needed.
• Coordinate with Parts & Service managers and front-line employees to provide quotes and other information to customers via email, phone and in person.
• Process payments and obtain credit authorization, as necessary.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts as assigned by manager.
• Solicit and prospect for new customers by means such as cold calling.
• Build relationships with customers in order to better meet their needs.

We are looking for that talented Parts & Service Account Rep in Montgomery Dealership.
