Job summary

LeoForce is expanding its Inside Sales team and seeks a mid-level professional to drive OEM replacement parts sales. You will handle customer requests, prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure correct pricing and lead times.

You will use Epicor, MFG/PRO, and Salesforce to research parts, maintain machine serial accuracy, and coordinate handoffs to Field Service, Training, R&R, and Mold Sales.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in customer service, inside sales, or parts sales.
• Experience with industrial equipment or plastics machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell OEM replacement parts to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process part orders with correct pricing and lead times.
• Research parts and customer activity using Epicor, MFG/PRO, and Salesforce.
• Ensure requests are linked to correct machine serial numbers and accounts.
• Follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into orders.
• Coordinate handoffs to Field Service, Training, R&R, and Mold Sales; maintain cross‑department visibility.
