LeoForce in New Castle, DE seeks an Automotive Wholesale Parts Director to lead a multi-franchise operation, overseeing sales, warehousing, dispatch, and overnight shipping while guiding accounting and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, implement pricing strategies, manage vendor relations and contracts, and grow direct sales and customer success with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in automotive wholesale parts sales and distribution.
• Experience managing wholesale parts in multi-franchise operations.
• Knowledge of parts management across Chevy, GM, Honda, Volkswagen, Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of parts department across multiple franchises.
• Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Create and execute pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Lead change management and drive organizational growth.
• Manage key accounts and vendor relations; negotiate contracts.
