Job summary

Bucklin Tractor & Implement Co. (BTI) in Pratt, KS is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer service and accurate parts information. You will assist technicians and customers with parts identification, pricing, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include locating merchandise, processing special orders, maintaining shelves, and ensuring warranty parts are correctly handled. A team environment and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Basic data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
• Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify needed items using parts catalogs or microfiche.
• Suggest related parts or accessories to customers.
• Locate and obtain merchandise for stocked items.
• Fill customer requests for out-of-stock or non-stocked items.
• Ensure timely delivery of correct parts to technicians or customers.
• Record and track inventory and sales activity.
