Qualifications

• Basic data entry/keyboard skills.
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
• Ability to use John Deere Parts Catalog.
• Team-oriented with ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Identify needed items using catalogs or microfiche.
• Suggest related parts or accessories for upsell.
• Locate and obtain stocked merchandise.
• Process orders and ensure correct parts are delivered on time.
• Track and reduce lost sales.
• Enter data in inventory systems and sell non-stocked items.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and displays.
