GreenMark Equipment seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver top-notch service in-store and online. You will assist customers, process orders, locate merchandise, and support service departments to ensure timely repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to service department, counter, and phone customers.
• Recommend additional related or needed parts or accessories.
• Process in-store orders accurately and communicate pickup/delivery status.
• Locate and obtain merchandise, in-stock or non-stocked, for customers.
• Maintain inventory integrity by receipting shipments and assisting with place parts orders.

The parts department is essential in providing support for our service departments for timely customer repairs.ResponsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service to service department, counter & phone customersProvides recommendation for sales of additional related or needed parts or accessoriesTimely and accurate processing of all in-store orders; completes orders by communicating with customers on pick-up or delivery statusLocating and obtaining merchandise for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked merchandiseMaintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to SupervisorAssists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displaysAssists in keeping parts department clean and orderlyRoutinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbsExperience, Education, Skills and KnowledgeHigh School diploma or equivalent experienceExperience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapportDemonstrated basic understanding of the selling processesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independenceExperience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications
