Responsibilities

• Follow store procedures, manage cash handling, shrink, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts to exceed targets and merchandising goals.
• Enforce PPE use and safety standards across the store.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs and timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues in a timely manner.
