AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service while overseeing store operations. This role offers leadership development and opportunities to grow in automotive retail.

You’ll supervise, train, and develop staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure safety and compliance while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate integrity and strong leadership abilities.
Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

Leadership – Assist in supervising, training, and developing a motivated team.
Communication – Maintain clear interactions with customers and staff for smooth operations.
Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial orders and deliveries.
Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly and effectively.
