Responsibilities

• Lead store operations under the Store Manager, supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Drive Parts Sales & Inventory Management to exceed targets and optimize stock levels.
• Enforce PPE usage and uphold safety standards and compliance policies.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding company policies.
