Qualifications

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional Communication: Bilingual Spanish and English advantageous.
• Automotive Retail: Prior experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications: ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff under the Store Manager to achieve high performance and WOW customer service.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations.
• Lead sales and inventory management to exceed targets and ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety practices, promoting risk management and compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding company policies.
