Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience.
• Willingness to work full-time with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for customer and team interactions.
• Previous experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
