AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service while managing store operations. You will supervise, train, and develop staff under the Store Manager, ensuring strong communication with customers and team members.

The role requires experience in automotive retail, ASE certification, and a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and develop a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards; support risk management practices.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
