• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Drive sales targets through effective parts sales and inventory management.
• Enforce safety, PPE, risk management, and safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet delivery needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding policies.
