Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service while managing store operations.

You will lead by example, supervise staff, optimize inventory, and support commercial accounts under the Store Manager's guidance. Ideal candidates bring automotive retail experience, ASE certification, and strong leadership and communication skills in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification or equivalent credentials are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a high-performing team under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee parts sales, inventory management, returns processing, and merchandising.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet customer needs.
