Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team and deliver WOW! Customer Service. You will work under the Store Manager to supervise, train, and develop staff while ensuring efficient store operations and strong customer experiences.

The role requires leadership, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and ASE certification, with flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Prior automotive retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification required for the role.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communications with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and returns.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards; support risk management.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
