Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Lead efforts in sales and inventory management, ensuring timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and promote safety and compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues in line with company policies.
