Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, build a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service.

You will support the Store Manager with supervision, training, and development while ensuring efficient store operations and strong customer experiences. Ideal candidates have automotive retail experience, strong leadership and bilingual communication in Spanish and English, and ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication: strong people skills and fluent in Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience is required.
• ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and oversee returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and promote safety and compliance.
• Support commercial and hub departments to timely deliveries and customer needs.
