Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales, develop a high‑performing team, and deliver WOW customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You will support the Store Manager, lead by example, and contribute to safe, efficient store operations.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, ASE certification, and a flexible schedule to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and team, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail or service environment is required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing staff to drive WOW customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, manage inventory, and ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce safety/compliance, PPE usage, and risk management during store operations.
