Qualificações

• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Experience in automotive retail is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Communication: Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations.
• Metrics Mindedness: Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Process Orientation: Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure efficiency.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders for seamless operations and service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management: Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and ensure timely returns/merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce PPE use and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support: Assist in managing commercial hub departments to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer concerns and store issues quickly while upholding policies.
