Qualifications

• Leadership: demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Exceptional Communication: strong bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: prior experience in automotive retail preferred.
• Certifications: ASE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Support timely deliveries and customer needs across departments.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
• Uphold PPE and safety standards across the team.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
