You will work under the Store Manager to supervise and develop staff, optimize inventory, and ensure smooth store operations. The role emphasizes strong leadership, bilingual communication (English/Spanish), and expertise in automotive retail.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated with team development and performance coaching.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for customer interactions and team communication.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred to understand parts and sales workflows.
• ASE Certification is a plus for credibility and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing employees under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Support commercial accounts to meet delivery timelines and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
