Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will supervise and train employees, ensure inventory accuracy, support commercial accounts, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams with a track record of success.
• Retail leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support timely deliveries.
• Drive sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and safety standards in the store.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and hub departments.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
