Qualifications

• Leadership and staff development capabilities.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop high-performing store staff.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Uphold safety standards and PPE usage, promote risk management practices.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
• Support a positive, productive work environment aligned with company policies.
