• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead parts sales growth, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety and company policies.
• Support commercial accounts to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
