Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service.

You will assist in supervising, training, and developing staff while ensuring efficient store operations and excellent customer experiences. The role requires leadership, bilingual communication in Spanish and English, and ASE certification, with a flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; customer-focused.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
