Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams in a retail environment.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and efficient store operations.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
