Qualifications

• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail and store operations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and training employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Lead sales and inventory management for parts and merchandising.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage across the store.
• Support commercial accounts and hub department deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues efficiently.
