As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll supervise operations, optimize inventory, and ensure safety and policy compliance while supporting career growth in automotive retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train and develop high‑performing staff to energize the team.
• Maintain clear interactions with customers and employees to smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, handle cash and shrink.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts to exceed targets and optimize stock.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards and promote risk management.
• Assist in managing commercial/hub accounts for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues quickly and effectively.
