Customer Service across store operations. Under the Store Manager's guidance, MITs lead by example, show initiative, and partner with commercial leaders to support timely deliveries and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.

• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns.
