You will supervise staff, monitor inventories, and support commercial accounts, safety, and compliance while striving to exceed targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within retail or automotive settings.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English a plus.
