As a Parts Sales Manager, you will help lead sales and operations, mentor staff, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You’ll work with store and commercial department leaders to hit sales targets, optimize inventory, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervising and developing teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Automotive retail experience required.
• ASE Certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Lead parts sales and manage inventory, returns, and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety compliance while maintaining store standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments as needed.
