AutoZone's Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional WOW! Customer Service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead by example under the Store Manager's guidance, focusing on sales growth and reliable service.

This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and strong communication to support timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Formación

• Leadership and integrity with strong decision-making and people skills.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Automotive retail experience and ASE Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and minimize shrink.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain excellent customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Uphold PPE use and safety standards to ensure a safe store environment.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues quickly while following company policies.
