Qualifications

• Leadership and integrity with decisive decision-making.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Automotive retail experience noted.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly per company policies.
