Qualifications

• Leadership abilities with integrity and strong decision-making.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Automotive retail experience and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts, optimize stock and returns processing.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues in a timely manner.
