Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience.
• Willingness to work full-time with flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory management for parts and timely returns.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety practices and compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
