Qualifications

• Leadership experience in leading teams in a retail environment.
• ASE Certification encouraged or preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, returns processing, and merchandising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Drive sales targets and deliver WOW! customer service.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and merchandising standards to optimize results.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink control and store safety compliance.
• Support commercial/hub department operations to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
