Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager you will lead sales, manage inventory, and mentor staff to deliver WOW! customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You will supervise operations under the Store Manager, promote PPE and safety compliance, and collaborate with commercial department leaders to meet goals while supporting career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
