Job summary

TekModo is seeking a Maintenance Parts Inventory Specialist in Three Rivers, MI to manage the facility’s spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. You will maintain stock records, cycle counts, and organize the parts room to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial inventory, knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Maximo), and strong Excel skills. On-site role with safety compliance and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus.
• 2+ years in inventory management or maintenance support in industrial settings.
• Hands-on experience with inventory software/ERP/CMMS systems (SAP/Oracle/Maximo/Fiix/eMaint).
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of manufacturing parts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of stock levels using CMMS/ERP; perform cycle counts.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts against purchase orders.
• Organize parts room and stage parts for maintenance tasks.
• Generate purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
• Manage returns, warranty claims, and external repairs.
• Maintain safety and 5S standards in the parts department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
