Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree is a plus.
• 2+ years in inventory management or related roles in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Experience with inventory software and ERPs; strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of common manufacturing components (bearings, belts, motors, fittings, electrical parts) preferred.
• Attention to detail, organization, clear communication, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control and cycle counts using CMMS/ERP systems.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts and shipments.
• Organize parts room and stage parts ahead of maintenance tasks.
• Generate purchase requisitions, obtain supplier quotes, coordinate with vendors.
• Manage returns, warranty claims, and external repairs.
• Maintain safety and 5S standards in the parts department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
