Job summary

Boulder Connect in Wisconsin is seeking a Parts Room Supervisor to oversee inventory control of maintenance parts in a busy manufacturing facility.

You will lead and supervise parts room staff, manage ordering, receiving and storage, optimize layout to 5S standards, and track KPIs related to usage and cost to improve efficiency. You’ll collaborate with maintenance, production and procurement to support operations, enforce safety protocols, and drive continuous process improvements.
