Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a full-time Inventory/Parts Clerk to manage the parts room, maintain CMMS records, and support the maintenance team in a Buffalo-area facility.

The role requires strong computer skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work with attention to detail. You will handle stock levels, generate part orders, and assist in maintenance work orders and asset tracking.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Professional demeanor and ability to work with others in a team.
• Prior knowledge of CMMS or spare-parts inventory is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parts stock levels with input from management.
• Enter and track parts in CMMS accurately.
• Receive, verify, and log incoming parts and OEM spares.
• Assist mechanics in locating and issuing parts.
• Create and modify CMMS work orders as required.
• Perform weekly cycle counts of warehouse parts.
