Job summary

Heniff Transportation Systems, LLC is seeking an ISO Parts Room Clerk to manage part orders, monitor inventory, and move components between shops. You will ensure accurate invoicing, assign parts to repair orders, and maintain a clean, organized parts room in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires strong customer service, solid computer skills, and the ability to forecast usage based on historical data. A valid driver's license and knowledge of DOT regulations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of relevant warehousing/parts experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance and inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Order and track all parts needed by workshop personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain minimum operational levels.
• Receive parts from vendors and verify invoices.
• Assign parts to repair orders and manage warranties.
• Produce inventory reports and ensure organization of the parts room.
