Requirements include proven parts clerk experience, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong record-keeping. Salary range $30k–$45k with benefits and 401K is offered.

• Proven experience as a Parts Clerk or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Ability to interpret vendor catalogs.
• Ability to use parts department computer system and calculator.
• Basic understanding of supply chain procedures.

Mansioni

• Receive, store, and issue merchandise from stockroom to fill shelves or customers’ orders.
• Maintain accurate records of parts replaced, inventory, and parts on order.
• Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
• Manage parts inventory and reorder parts as needed.
• Inspect delivered parts and compare with invoices for accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping companies to manage deliveries and returns.
• Perform data entry and administrative duties such as filing and paperwork.
• Record and track movement of parts and ensure documentation.
