Job summary

Wilkins Recreational Vehicles in New York is seeking a Parts Retail Specialist to oversee the customer service and parts experience from greeting to finalizing the bill. You will help customers determine needs and promote our parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and establish positive rapport.

• Develop a keen understanding of all products and services.
• Understand effective service sales processes and actively seek sales opportunities.
• Maintain good communication with customer and follow up after work is completed.
• Understand customer’s needs and commit to exceeding expectations daily.

Job Description

• This position oversees the entire customer service/parts experience from the point of setting the appointment to finalizing of the customer bill.

Job Responsibilities

• Greets, establishes, and maintains a positive rapport with customers.
