Job summary

Wilkins RV in New York is seeking an experienced customer-service leader to oversee the entire service experience from appointment to final bill. You will greet customers, build rapport, and identify needs to promote our RV products and services.

The role requires managing a fast-paced environment, ensuring clear communication, and driving service sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction. A professional appearance and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role is preferred but not required.
• Motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire customer service experience from the appointment to finalizing of the customer bill.

• Initiates service orders, secures customer’s signature, and closes when completed.
• Develops a keen understanding of all of our products and services.

• Maintains good communication with customer and follows up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction.
• Understands customer’s needs, committed to exceed customer expectations every day.
