Responsibilities

• Meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories promptly.
• Accurately price parts using the proper pricing source.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and orderly manner.
• Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
