Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Parts Specialist to support internal and external customers by processing parts orders and creating purchase orders for technicians in the field. • The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience in a parts department.
• Basic technical knowledge of automotive or forklift components is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency with Microsoft products are required.

Responsibilities

• Process parts orders for internal and external customers promptly.
• Create purchase orders for technicians in the field and source parts from vendors.
• Research parts using manufacturer manuals and prepare quotes for approval.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and colleagues.
