Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a Parts Procurement Clerk to support purchasing and procurement of parts, materials and supplies for branch and field operations. You will ensure accurate and timely orders, maintain purchase orders, and reconcile deliveries, with strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities include processing service and installation orders, maintaining supplier communications, and reviewing invoices for Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma required.
• 0-5 years related experience or training.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act with a sense of urgency and accountability to satisfy the customer by identifying issues and offering timely solutions.
• Convey problems relating to delivery, quality or pricing to the supplier and resolve promptly.
• Process orders from service and installation teams.
• Create, maintain, update, and reconcile purchase orders.
• Adhere to purchase order policies & procedures.
• Place orders for departments beyond service (e.g., sheet metal, controls, HVAC, refurbishing, installation) as needed.
• Review invoices for accounts payable and related tasks.
